1. Return Eligibility
- Our products are food-grade and consumable; therefore, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:
- The product was damaged, leaked, or broken during delivery.
- You received a wrong item or wrong quantity.
- The product is expired or nearing expiry at the time of delivery.
- Note: Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
2. How to Request a Return
- If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Steps to raise a return request:
- Send us your Order Number, Product Photo, and Reason for Return.
- Our support team will verify your request.
- If approved, pickup or replacement will be arranged.

3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate your refund within 5–7 working days.
- Online payments (UPI / Card / Wallet): refunded to the same account.
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer.
- Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error.
4. Replacement Option
You may also choose a replacement for the same or equivalent product instead of a refund, based on stock availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products
- Items without original packaging or invoice
- Products bought during combo offers or flash sales (unless damaged)
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing (before dispatch).
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
